Abstracts & Dreamscapes

In the early years, Jennifer experimented with mediums such as gelatin silver prints, photo etchings, homemade pinhole cameras, cyanotypes, van dyke prints, gum bichromate prints, etc. to create altered, layered, and abstract prints. It often was a laborious process and when an effect was achieved successfully, she felt great reward for the time and effort put forth. Today, some of these effects can be easily created on the computer or phone apps. Though the thrill is not the of equal magnitude, Jennifer does enjoy creating digital effects using Photoshop and other apps. This body of a work is a mix of past and present.
